**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Peoplesoft HCM

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Gain a deep understanding of business processes and how they are implemented in Peoplesoft modules.
- Work in the shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST) to support global clients and teams.
- Troubleshoot client-reported issues in Peoplesoft modules and provide timely resolutions.
- Decode functional designs and specifications to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Create or update functional design documents based on client requirements and business processes.
- Develop test plans and test scripts for upgrades, patches, and new implementations in Peoplesoft.
- Collaborate with technical teams and developers to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and fixes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- 2+ years of experience in Peoplesoft support or related roles.
- Good understanding of business processes and how they are implemented in Peoplesoft modules.
- Ability to work in the shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST) as required.
- Experience in troubleshooting client issues, decoding functional designs, and gathering requirements for enhancements.
- Familiarity with creating or updating functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts.
- Knowledge of any other Peoplesoft module is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
