Job Summary:
As a STEM Program Intern at Brainhap, you will learn developing and managing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing STEM-related projects, content, events, and activities to promote education and engagement in these fields.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development:

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop STEM programs and curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
- Stay current with STEM education trends and best practices to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.

2.Project Management:

- Manage all aspects of STEM-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with external partners, stakeholders, and volunteers to ensure successful project execution.

3.Event Planning:

- Organize and oversee STEM events, workshops, seminars, and competitions to inspire and engage students and the community.
- Handle logistics, marketing, and participant registration for these events.

4. Educational Outreach:

- Foster relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote STEM education and partnership opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to educators and students involved in STEM activities.

5. Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes and participant feedback to continually improve program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

6. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

7. Reports:

- Update monthly reports or as required.

Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of program management, especially in STEM education. Robotics, 3D design.
- Communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Passion for promoting STEM education and inspiring the next generation of innovators.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
