**Job Title**: Executive Demand and Supply Planner

**Location**:Thane, Mumbai (on-site)

**Experience**: 1 - 3 years

**Job Overview**:
The interested professional **should have experience in demand forecasting, demand planning and end-to-end supply chain process within the FMCG/Food industry or has managed FMCG/Food company clients.**

As an Executive in Demand and Supply Planning, you will play a crucial role in forecasting demand and managing supply chain planning to ensure inventory levels meet customer demands efficiently. This role requires maintaining daily interactions with client teams, monitoring planning KPIs, and delivering on critical performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Demand Forecasting and Planning:

- Monitor and report forecast changes and budget impacts.
- Conduct Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with clients to finalize forecasts.
- Capture demand signals and implement effective machine learning models based on industry trends.
- Improve forecast accuracy and coordinate with new product development and category management for new SKU launches.

Supply Planning and Inventory Management:

- Enhance inventory control and replenishment processes.
- Maintain stock levels, standardize planning across distribution centers, and prevent stockouts impacting customer fill rates.
- Use historical data to manage demand variability, reduce overstock risks, and ensure optimal product shelf life.
- Identify and escalate slow-moving products for disposal approval.

Operational Coordination:

- Collaborate closely with clients' supply chain, planning, and operations teams to create monthly, weekly, and daily plans.
- Resolve customer complaints in coordination with central teams and escalate issues to Regional Heads as needed.
- Prepare reports, attend monthly reviews with clients, and ensure KPIs like On-time and In-full (OTIF), order accuracy, and customer satisfaction are met.

**Experience and Qualification**:

- 1-3 years of experience in demand and supply planning within the FMCG/Food domain.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and supply chain processes.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage cross-functional coordination.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any specialization.

**Note**:
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
