We need a **Sales representative/salesperson/field sales**who willing to talk with existing customers to generate sales and build relationships. He should be responsible for finding new leads, demonstrating products or services, securing deals, and providing customer support. Required in him a strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. They should be disciplined to obey the company rules and responsibilities. Will pay them salary + INCENTIVES.

Key Responsibilities
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identifying potential customers in the field who could benefit from the company's products or services.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales and Closing**:

- Following up the leads generate orders and completing the loop of the deals.
- **Market Monitoring**:

- Keeping track of competitors, market trends, and new product offerings to stay competitive.
