**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and inspection processes across production stages.
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to identify and eliminate quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints, prepare reports, and coordinate with clients for audits.
- Train and guide shop-floor staff and inspectors on quality standards and tools.
- Monitor supplier quality and work with the procurement team on vendor development and audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and metrics for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
