Job Title: Junior QC Incharge
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock and
stock management and quality control to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse
or production facility.
As the Stock and Junior QC Incharge, you will be tasked with managing inventory levels,
implementing quality control procedures, and leading a team of stock clerks and quality
control inspectors. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate stock records,
monitoring product quality, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize
errors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Overseeing the maintenance of accurate stock records, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained, and implementing strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
2. Quality Control: Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specified standards and customer requirements. This may involve inspecting incoming materials, conducting quality checks during packing, and performing final inspections before products are dispatched.
3. Team Supervision: Leading and supervising a team of stock clerks and quality control inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating stock management and quality control processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of stock levels, quality control activities, and any related documentation. Generating reports on stock movements, quality metrics, and performance indicators for management review.
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and procedures governing stock management and quality control practices, such as ISO standards or industry-specific regulations.
7. Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to stock management or quality control, while liaising with internal departments and suppliers as necessary to address concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
8. Safety and Hygiene: Enforcing safety and hygiene standards in stock handling and storage areas to prevent accidents, contamination, or damage to products.
9. Communication: Collaborating with other departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to coordinate stock movements and quality control activities effectively. Communicating with stakeholders, including management, staff, and suppliers, to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
10. Training and Development: Identifying training needs within the team and organizing training
sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in stock management and quality control practices.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Educational Qualifications:
Any degree along with experience in stock management and quality control or related fields, is a plus.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management physical and systems.
Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Understanding of stock tracking, forecasting, and replenishment techniques.
Experience with conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures.
3. Experience:
Prior experience in inventory management, stock control, or quality control roles, preferably in a
related industry.
Experience with implementing process improvements or quality initiatives within an organization.
Experience in a supervisory, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
