**Job Title**: Tailor and Cutting Master

**Location**: Gandhi Nagar, Delhi
**Salary**: Upto 20k

**Job Overview**:
As a **Tailor and Cutting Master**, you will be responsible for overseeing the cutting and tailoring process, ensuring that all garments are made to the highest standards. You will work closely with the design and production teams to bring fashion concepts to life, guiding the quality and efficiency of garment construction from fabric cutting through to final stitching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the cutting process for various fabrics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fabric usage.
- Interpret and work from design sketches, patterns, and technical specifications to cut fabric and create garments.
- Perform alterations and custom tailoring on garments, ensuring a perfect fit according to client or design specifications.
- Supervise and train junior tailors and cutters to ensure consistency in quality and efficiency.
- Review and prepare garments for production, ensuring proper measurements, fittings, and finishing.
- Maintain cutting and tailoring tools and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with designers and production managers to ensure design integrity and meet production deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on finished garments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Handle various types of fabrics, such as wool, cotton, silk, and others, ensuring appropriate cutting techniques for each.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tailoring and cutting areas.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Tailor and Cutting Master** or similar role in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of pattern cutting, fabric types, garment construction, and tailoring techniques.
- Expertise in using industrial sewing machines and cutting tools.
- Ability to interpret and create patterns, as well as make adjustments based on design specifications.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, well-fitted garments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
