**Job Description: Gents Make-to-Measure Cutting Master**

**Location**: Goregaon West, Mumbai

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pattern Making**:

- Create accurate paper patterns based on individual measurements.
- Modify standard patterns to meet customer-specific requirements.
- **Fabric Cutting**:

- Precisely cut fabric for uniforms and other garments as per the approved patterns.
- Minimize fabric wastage through efficient layout and cutting techniques.
- **Measurement Taking**:

- Take accurate body measurements from clients to ensure perfect fit.
- Record measurements systematically for future reference.
- **Garment Fitting and Alterations**:

- Work closely with tailors to ensure final garments meet customer expectations.
- Perform alterations and adjustments as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the design and tailoring teams for smooth workflow.
- Assist in training junior staff in cutting techniques when required.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of quality in cutting and workmanship.
- Inspect fabric and patterns for defects before production.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years as a cutting master in menswear or uniform tailoring.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in cutting for make-to-measure garments and various fabric types.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and stitching techniques.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cutting.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with uniform designs and styles is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload efficiently.
