**Job Title: Part Time Documentation Support Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual with good computer skills and sound technical knowledge to assist in day-to-day office operations, communication handling, and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage company stamps and assist with document signing processes.
- Prepare, print, scan, and maintain office documents and records.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain data entry and file organization accurately.
- Support management in daily office tasks and follow-ups.
- Be proactive in identifying and completing assigned responsibilities on time.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Note**:

- Need to do Cross functional, whenever other division/departments requires support
- Need to agree with 2 year agreement
- Should be okay with rotational shifts

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
