**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment methods in line with curriculum requirements.
- Train students in accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Conduct **Skill Development Classes** covering:

- Communication & Presentation Skills
- Personality Development & Grooming
- Resume Writing & Interview Skills
- Workplace Etiquette & Professional Behavior
- Teamwork, Leadership, and Problem-Solving
- Basic Computer & Accounting Software Skills (MS Office, Tally, etc.)
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career readiness.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and employability skills.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and institutional events.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance (Ph.D. preferred).
- Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
