**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct engaging classroom sessions** on accounting concepts, financial management, and taxation.
- Develop **lesson plans, course materials, and assessments** aligned with the curriculum.
- Train students in **Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other financial tools**.
- Provide **practical case studies and real-world accounting scenarios** to enhance learning.
- Guide students on **industry best practices and corporate accounting standards**.
- Assist in **student evaluations, project mentoring, and exam assessments**.
- Keep up-to-date with **latest accounting trends, financial regulations, and software advancements**.
- Support the **Academics Manager in curriculum development and improvements**.
- Participate in **faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic events**.
- **Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field**.
- **CA/ICWA/CPA qualification** (Preferred but not mandatory).
- **Minimum 2+ years of teaching or industry experience in accounting and finance**.

**Technical & Professional Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software**.
- Strong knowledge of **taxation, financial reporting, and corporate finance**.
- Ability to **simplify complex accounting concepts for students**.
- Experience in **curriculum planning and student mentoring**.
