In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting LGG’s day-to-day operations, focusing on streamlining legal workflows using technology, automation, and analytics. You will work closely with both legal operations and technology teams, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in legal service delivery.- What you offer
- Experience in customer information requests, KYC, accounts payable/receivable, or similar operational roles
- Familiarity with legal operations software or workflow/e-billing tools (e.g., TeamConnect, Checkbox, DocuSign, JIRA)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology platforms
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within structured processes
