**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate Telugu lessons for primary-grade students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Encourage students to appreciate Telugu literature, culture, and heritage.
- Maintain records of student performance and communicate progress to parents and school administration.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events as required.
- Uphold the school’s mission and values while maintaining discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telugu, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in primary grades is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Telugu fluently.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Ability to use modern teaching techniques and digital tools to enhance learning.
