Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge and Sales Process:
Prepare like a profesional, keep data handy.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the parts, lubricants, and DEF products
Make daily customer calls as allocated on Kloud Q and maintain accurate records.
Educate customers on the benefits RLP.
Gain product knowledge and promote upselling and cross selling of parts and lubricants
Inform customers about price reductions & new products
2. Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with the field sales team (BSE/BDE/DGE) to meet daily sales targets.
Identify the gaps and areas of improvement and provide time to time feedback to business head
3. Sales and active customer target achievement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales targets for parts, lubricants, and DEF.
Understand all the schemes and work on making them successful.
Aim for a minimum order value of 10k and 10 partlines from each customer
4. Customer Support and Service:
Address customer inquiries and provide timely support ensuring customer satisfaction.
Resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service in a timely manner.
5. New customers / Incosistent customers:
Need to monitor the sales of new and inconsistent customers on daily basis and to work on making them active
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
