We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Site Coordinator to join our team.

As a Site Coordinator at Okna Designs Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for coordinating the activities on-site, ensuring smooth communication between the site supervisors, engineers, customers, and the installation team. You will play a vital role in keeping the customer informed about the status of their projects and generating reports to ensure efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact between the site team (supervisors, engineers, installation team) and the customer.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their site projects, providing accurate information and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Generate detailed reports regarding site progress, material usage, and any issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
- Maintain and track inventory and material requirements for ongoing projects, ensuring no delays in the work schedule.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, reports, and records are accurately maintained and submitted on time.
- Monitor site activities and address any operational issues in coordination with supervisors.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in site coordination or similar roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle project deadlines.
- Knowledge of UPVC and Aluminum window and door manufacturing processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
