- **Team Leadership**:Supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff, and coordinating their activities.
- **Safety Management**:Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring all personnel comply with safety protocols.
- **Quality Control**:Monitoring the progress of construction work, ensuring it adheres to quality standards and building codes, and identifying and addressing any issues.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, communicating project updates, and resolving any issues or conflicts.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including work schedules, materials used, costs incurred, and safety reports.
- **Problem Solving**:Identifying and addressing potential issues or problems that may arise on site, ensuring the project progresses smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
