- Language: French written and spoken proficiency (B2.2).
- Should have knowledge of SPS processes and policies.
- Should have willingness towards working in a virtual environment.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts, and over the weekends.

- Excels at providing coaching and mentoring to others with a goal of achieving success.

- Should have people management/managerial experience of at least 2 years
