Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor production schedules and work closely with the production planning team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Train, coach, and mentor production line staff to ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality assurance measures throughout the production process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and employee attendance records.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to resolve any production-related issues or concerns.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the sheet metal industry.
- Proven experience in sheet metal manufacturing processes, including cutting, bending, forming, and welding.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve production goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to manufacturing operations.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
