**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the quotation After receiving po from customer take freight charges from Taiwan Prepare the draft Performa invoice Urgent required po highlight in red & inform to Taiwan also & check the part availability with them Payment follow up with customer After receiving payment from customer share the approx.
- material readiness timeline as per delivery period. Draft shipping invoice received from taiwan check & share with customerTake approval from customer on draft invoice & inform to taiwanRecived part photo at the time of draft shipping invoice upload that part photo in GDAfter dispatch share the shipping details with customer Technical write up need to shared required customerPreparing weekly reportPreparing monthly reportSend all derails to customer, like challan, docket number, Invoice, Coordinate with customer for receipt for material.
- Maintain all records pertaining to vendors, Keep track parts received vendorwiseKeep records and maintain all types of reports related with Service, Spares and AMC After receiving PO Coordinate with factory in charge for completion of material and dispatch. Making documents for loan basis part sending to customer Loan basis part details need to be shared with Khandekar sir

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
