**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs illustrating design concepts and interactions.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with the company's brand and visual identity.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide support during the implementation process.
- Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies to enhance the user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines for consistent design across products.
- Provide design rationale and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role in designing software products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including user interfaces and user experiences.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical problem-solving.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
