**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support our Human Resources (HR) department in data management and operations.This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in HR, data analysis, and organizational efficiency. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to operations, tools, and processes within a dynamic work environment.

**A Day in the Life**
- Maintain and update HR databases using advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all records and systems.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel to provide actionable insights on HR metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data hygiene.
- Help in document management, policy updates, and communication distribution.
- Assist in HR-related projects, including system implementations or process optimizations.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

**What You Need**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. Of batch 2020,2021, 2022 2023 and 2024 on
- Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Google
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
