Key Responsibilities:

- Issue Investigation: Gather and analyze relevant information to identify the root cause of complaints.
- Solution Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, complaints, and resolutions using CRM systems.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback.
- Feedback Analysis: Identify recurring issues and provide insights to improve services and customer experience.
- Professional Conduct: Handle all complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- IMS & Database Maintenance: Regularly update and manage internal systems and databases.



**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Tally and Busy software (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with emotional resilience
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset



Qualifications:

- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or certification in customer service
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or complaint handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus
