**Department**:Store & Warehouse

**Position title (if any)**:Assistant Manager

**Reports to**:Department Head

**Qualification**: Diploma Pharmacy, B.Sc, B.Pharm

**Experiences**: 7 to 10 years

**Description**:
Issuance of raw materials as per raw material dispensing SOPS

Ensure the dispensing quantity as per the required quantity in BMR and properly labelled.

Ensure cGMP compliance in activities.

Ensure Sanitation & Cleaning of raw material dispensing area.

To perform daily verification of Weighing Balances as per SOP.

To perform daily records of temperature and relative humidity and room presure in Raw material dispensing area.

To ensure cleaning and operation of process area vacuum cleaner.

To perform daily verification of Barcode Scanner as per SOP.

To perform calibration of balance as per SOP or as and when required.

Ensure proper cleaning of dispensing area, RLAF & equipments before initiation of dispensing activity.

Ensure proper segregation of dispensed materials for different batches.

Intimate department head about any discrepancy observed during dispensing and handle the material as per procedure.

To follow entry / exit procedure in raw material dispensing area.

Issuance of additional material on receipt of GDSO / QA approved additional material request.

To perform required SAP transactions for dispensing activity.

To perform daily operation and cleaning of air operated barrel pump as per SOP.

Reporting of deviation / incident as an when observed.

Initiating of Change control for any change proposal.

Training of subordinate and operators as per training plan or as on when required

To interact with internal & external auditor and provide appropriate answer for the quarry raised by auditor.

Any other job assigned by department head after proper training.

To raise change control, deviation, incident and CAPA related to warehouse as and when required

To perform required SAP transactions for Raw materials.

Preparation of goods receipt note and generate material detail labels through SAP.

Intimation of any discrepancy to department head and QA observed during receiving.

Ensure proper segregation and control of rejected and accepted materials.

Generation of Non-Moving Statements, Identification of material, confirmation from GDSO and preparation of destruction certificates.

Preparation of destruction note for rejected material and upon approval, destroy same as per respective destruction procedure.

Stock Transfer of material to other plants.

Periodic Stock verification of inventory.

To perform, review and verify daily balance verification in warehouse.

To perform and verify daily records of temperature and relative humidity in Raw material warehouse.

To ensure cleaning and operation of vecuum cleaner.

Training of subordinate, operators, FTE as per training plan or as on when required

To prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedure of warehouse for various operations.

To ensure Handling of damaged/spoiled containers of raw materials & packaging materials

To perform High reach stacker as per SOP

Handling of expired and rejected materials, co-ordination with QC/QA and GDSO department.

To ensure Cleaning of Pallets/Racks ,Floor and supervising house-keeping in dept.

To Maintain Raw material location in excel sheet.

To ensure receipt and storage of Raw material as per SOP

To ensure receipt and storage of Packing material as per SOP.

To perform required SAP transactions for Packing materials.

Generation of Non-Moving Statements, Identification of material, confirmation from GDSO and preparation of destruction note.

To perform High reach stacker as per SOP.

To perform and verify daily records of temperature and relative humidity in packing material warehouse.

Training of subordinate, operators FTE as per training plan or as on when required

Handling of expired, rejected and non moving materials, co-ordination with QC/QA department.

To ensure Cleaning of Pallets/Racks ,Floor,Area and supervising house-keeping in dept.

To perform & review of dispensing of packing material as per BPR required quantity and as per SOP.

Issuance of additional material on receipt of QA approved additional material request.

To Ensure despatch of finished goods as per SOP.

Receipt of Finished Goods from packing department as per SOP.

Co-ordination with Zydus Distribution & Export Department.

Reconciliation of Finished goods with SAP stock.

Daily Temperature monitoring of warehouse.

Initiating of Change control / deviation/ incident for any change proposal or required.

General Cleaning of Warehouse.

Handling of Rejected and Expired finished goods.

Filing of Change control/deviations/incident Reporting.

Inspection of Vehicle before loading.

Proper Storage, Maintaining of stock in SAP.
