**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
- Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Suggest improvements to enhance product usability.
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Zoho, or TestRail.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Understanding of APIs and basic testing using tools like Postman.
