**Position: QA (Manual Tester)**

**Experience Level: 2-3 years**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional, regression, and system testing to identify defects and ensure the quality of the software.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and user workflows.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and testability.
- Execute manual tests according to test plans and test cases, documenting and reporting defects accurately.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and usability issues.
- Verify and validate bug fixes and track the status of reported defects.
- Ensure test coverage is sufficient for all functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide suggestions for resolution.
- Report test results and provide comprehensive test reports to stakeholders, including defect reports, test coverage, and test execution summaries.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience working as a QA (Manual Tester) in a software development environment.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience in functional, regression, and system testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and document software defects effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
- ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
