**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review, analyze, and process incoming insurance or service claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all claims meet regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems.
- Resolve issues and respond to inquiries from claimants regarding the status of their claims.
- Escalate complex or disputed claims to appropriate personnel.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a claims-related or customer service role.
- Familiarity with claims systems such as Guidewire, ClaimCenter, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
