Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Center Associate to support our operations in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims processing, customer service, and data entry. This role involves handling incoming claims, reviewing documentation, and working closely with internal departments and customers to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and process incoming insurance or service claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all claims meet regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems.
  • Resolve issues and respond to inquiries from claimants regarding the status of their claims.
  • Escalate complex or disputed claims to appropriate personnel.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a claims-related or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with claims systems such as Guidewire, ClaimCenter, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: ₹75, ₹80,000.00 per month
