**Position**: CNC Operator

**Location**: Dada Nagar Idustrial Area, Main road, kanpur

**Reporting To**: Production Manager / Factory Supervisor

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
The CNC Operator will be responsible for **operating and maintaining CNC machines** to produce high-quality wall panels, mandirs, and other custom designs as per companies standards. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and coordination with the design and finishing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Read and interpret design files (CAD/CAM, DXF, etc.) for CNC machining.
Set up CNC machines, tools, and materials as per job requirements.
Operate CNC routers and ensure correct cutting, carving, and engraving.
Monitor production runs and make adjustments for accuracy and quality.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of CNC machines.
Collaborate with design team to clarify technical details.
Track production timelines and ensure jobs are completed as per schedule.
Identify errors or machine issues and troubleshoot promptly.
Maintain logs of production, downtime, and tool usage.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator (woodworking experience preferred).
- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-Code, CAM software like ArtCAM, VCarve, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a team.

**KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**:

- Accuracy of production output (as per design file).
- Timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Minimal machine downtime and errors.
- Proper maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.
