**About KVIRAAJ**:
KVIRAAJ is a luxury real estate development company known for crafting premium residences across India. We're looking for a dynamic **HR Manager** to lead and manage our human resource functions, build strong teams, and create an inspiring and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle direct sales of KVIRAAJ’s luxury real estate projects

(villas, apartments, farmhouses)
- Generate leads through online/offline channels and follow up proactively
- Conduct property presentations, walkthroughs, and client meetings
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback and lead nurturing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in high-value or real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and well-versed in dealing with HNI clients
- Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
