1. Ensure joining up on duty with specified attire and manning of the ‘Helpdesk’.

2. Ensure that the place of duty is always manned and not left un-attended. Ensure the availing of break in shifts and join the duty as early as possible.

3. Greet patients upon arrival, be polite and humble with the patients / visitors and assist them to get familiar with the locations, processes as well as the concerned Doctors/officials of the hospital.

4. To know the availability of Doctors/services as well as treatment information.

5. To answer the internal / external phone calls, ensuring the confidentiality of the classified information.

6. To comfort the patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.

7. Reply the queries of the patients / visitors in a polite and professional manner in the language understandable by them.

8. Assist the patients / visitors to fill the requisite forms i.e. CMS, bus/railway passes, medical certificate etc.

9. To escort the patients / visitors with old age or any disability to the desired place or to deploy any other employee to escort for such purposes.

10. Ensure the cleanliness of the front office area and liaise with the Housekeeping supervisor to ensure the same.

11. Assist in patient care coordination by taking rounds and checking the IPD documents as and when required.

12. Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.

13. Obtain patient feedback, listen to the patients complaints and guide them to the concerned department for needful resolution.

14. To help patients in distress by responding to emergencies.

15. To protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

16. Promptly report any untoward incidence to the reporting authority/Main gate or others.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
