About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design.
- 3+ years of experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

It would be great if you also had...
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS and angular is a plus.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create and deliver user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Conduct data-based user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature sets.
- Comfortable operating in a virtual design center of excellence where you share your work, are open to feedback and contribute back to the community to help grow the team expertise.

Product you will be developing

The UX Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our users across multiple platforms of IP Patent intelligence, search and analytics products; Derwent Innovation, IncoPat, Innography and Analytics.

About the Team

You’ll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model and being part of a local fast pace growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change in the organization

Hours of Work
- Full-time
- 45 hours per weeks
- Hybrid model (2-3 days from office per week)
