Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative User Experience Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, analyzing data and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive user experience.
  • Create original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables, to bring concepts to life and engage users.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback to optimize performance and usability.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of wireframe tools, including Figma and InVision, and proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and project managers.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Education:
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field, demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles and practices.
