Office Timings: 6 days working,2nd Saturday off, 9.30am to 6pm

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative, passionate, and beauty-savvy **Blogger & Content Creator** to join our cosmetics brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging blog posts, videos, and social media content that educates, inspires, and drives brand awareness and customer loyalty. You should have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, content trends, and the ability to communicate our brand’s voice across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, research, and write compelling blog content on beauty topics (e.g., skincare tips, product tutorials, makeup trends).
- Create and edit visual content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign launches, product releases, and seasonal trends.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, influencers, and competitor activities.
- Optimize blog content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a blogger, content creator, or social media influencer (beauty industry preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with photography, videography, and content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry.
- Comfortable being on camera and producing self-led content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Google Analytics).
