**Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- **Food Preparation and Presentation**:

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Ensure that all food products are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Proactively suggest additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Familiarize yourself with menu offerings and be able to provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- **Cash Handling and POS Operations**:

- Process guest payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.
- Assist with routine cleaning tasks, such as dishwashing, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination of service and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
