**Job Overview**: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Team Members to join our team at multiple locations in Thrissur. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and contributing to a positive environment for both customers and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by performing tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and organizing.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Provide support to the store manager and senior team members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, stocking).
