**1. Roles & Duties of a PGT Chemistry Teacher1. Teaching Responsibilities**
- Teach **Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic)** to **Classes 11 & 12** as per **CBSE syllabus**.
- Develop and execute **lesson plans** to make concepts clear and engaging.
- Use **interactive teaching methods**, including **smart classes, presentations, and practical demonstrations**.
- Prepare students for **CBSE board exams, NEET, JEE, and other competitive exams**.
- Address **students’ doubts** and ensure conceptual clarity.

**2. Laboratory & Practical Work**
- Conduct **practical experiments** in accordance with the **CBSE lab manual**.
- Maintain a **safe and well-equipped laboratory**.
- Demonstrate **chemical reactions and experiments** to enhance practical knowledge.
- Ensure **proper handling and disposal of chemicals**.

**3. Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design and conduct **tests, quizzes, and assignments** regularly.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide **constructive feedback**.
- Maintain **student performance records** and track their progress.

**4. Curriculum & Academic Planning**
- Stay updated with **CBSE guidelines** and implement the latest changes in the syllabus.
- Prepare **yearly, monthly, and daily teaching plans**.

**5. Mentoring & Guidance**
- Provide **academic guidance and career counseling** to students.
- Encourage students to participate in **science fairs, olympiads, and competitions**.
- Guide students in preparing for **practical exams and research projects**.

**6. Administrative & School Responsibilities**
- Attend **staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and workshops**.
- Maintain **discipline and a positive learning environment** in the classroom.
- Participate in **school functions, events, and extracurricular activities**.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
