**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured Chemistry lessons for Classes 11 and 12.

Prepare detailed lesson plans, practical experiments, and assessment materials aligned with the curriculum (CBSE/State Board).

Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly through tests and assignments.

Guide students in science exhibitions, projects, and competitive exams (NEET, JEE, Olympiads, etc.).

Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Collaborate with other science faculty members for integrated learning approaches.

Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions.

**Requirements**:
M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.

B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.

2-4 years of relevant teaching experience at the higher secondary level.

Experience with lab management and practical classes.

Ability to use smart boards and digital tools for effective teaching.

Commitment to continuous professional development.

**Language**:
