**JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review loan documents to ensure accuracy of data uploaded during the loan boarding process
- Regularly tracking property tax payments, insurance coverage and Suspense Balances
- Identifying loans that meet specific criteria for inclusion as a Watchlist loan
- Analyzing monthly financial statements to assess the property’s health and the borrower’s ability to repay debt
- Identify loans that require valuations and Inspection Products and place the orders with third party vendors
- Review valuation and Inspection products for quality pursuant to Ocwen and industry standards
- Determine the fees and costs associated with payoff and reinstatement quotes and ensure timely delivery to the requestor
- Handling invoices from various vendors, ensuring timely payment and accuracy
- Liaison between external vendors and the company
- Creating and maintaining documentation outlining procedures and processesWork on special projects or Adhoc requests as assigned

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education. MBA will be a plus.
- Professional certification in Banking Operations will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience (Preferably within mortgage industry)

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Strong Oral/ Written communication skills
- Self-motivated and works independently
- Customer service oriented
- Team playerFlexible and able to pivot and handle various processes.

**WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**:
Shift timings
- 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
