**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in meaningful business discussions to identify client pain points and challenges, helping to qualify potential opportunities.
- Present company offerings and guide prospects through the lead generation cycle, converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Schedule and manage meetings with potential clients to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Conduct initial customer calls to identify and qualify opportunities effectively.
- Profile and qualify companies based on industry, geography, revenue, employee strength, and vertical alignment.
- Perform secondary research on companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other market research platforms.
- Leverage CRM systems to track daily sales activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about the North American/UK market, industry trends, and IT service offerings to identify new opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and market research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Strong research skills and a solid understanding of the North American and/or UK markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify pain points and provide tailored solutions.
