Job Description:

- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to promote and sell holiday packages to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build rapport with customers by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their holiday preferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's database
- Follow up with customers on their inquiries and concerns
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customers' problems
- Upsell and cross-sell holiday packages to maximize revenue
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on holiday destinations, packages, and activities
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of the sales process
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new product development

Skills Required:

- Proven experience of 2 to 3 yrs as a sales expert, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
