Opportunity
**Responsibilities**:
l Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company focused discussion documents, studying & analysing various type of precedent equity offerings
l Managing delivery & execution of projects on ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder / ownership analysis, IPO comps / analysis, new equity issuance analysis, Capital structure analysis, Investor analysis and profiles, ECM transaction case studies, company profiles, industry research, league tables etc
l Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
l Conducting analysis and performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs
l Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
Required Background
l MBA / CFA/ CA
l Relevant experience of 6+ years in Investment Banking preferably Equity Capital market (ECM) team of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm.
l Should have fair knowledge about capital markets, equity offerings, equity-linked offerings like convertible bond market
l Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients
l Excellent written and spoken communication skills
l Working knowledge of databases such as Factset, MergerMarket, Bloomberg, Dealogic, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, etc.
l MS Office skills - should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
