**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation techniques.
- **Product/Service Presentation**: Present products or services to potential customers articulately, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- **Handle Objections**: Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects in a professional and convincing manner to maintain interest and engagement.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads or interested prospects.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, build rapport, and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions, customer details, and progress in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs related to call volumes, lead conversion rates, and appointment setting.
- **Feedback Reporting**: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses, market insights, and observations from calls.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, scripts, and regulatory guidelines while conducting calls to ensure ethical and legal compliance.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study to enhance performanc
