**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:Digital Marketing Executive
**Location of Posting **Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
**Reporting to **Project Manager or designated authority
**Job Description/KRAs**
Ø Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Ø Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Ø Utilize web analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ø Create and manage engaging content for the company's website and social media channels.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
Ø Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company stays competitive
Qualifications:
Ø 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and content marketing
Ø Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ø Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
