Program Coordinator

**Job Description: Program Coordinator - Digital Connectivity and Digital Literacy project**

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Member to join our dynamic team at Udayan Care, Delhi.

Udayan Care is a 30-year-old social purpose organization headquartered in Delhi and present in 16 states of India. Its programs focus primarily on children and young adults. Interventions like child protection, education, and skilling enable and empower them to strengthen their future and live a life of dignity. Udayan Care also advocates for the rights of children in alternative care.

**Objectives of this role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and program improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

2. **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to funding agencies and other relevant bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information and Communication Technology, Education, Rural Development or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least four years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation, preferably in digital connectivity or literacy initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital inclusion and empowerment.

**Reporting Relationship**

The Program Coordinator will report to the Director and work closely with the organization's management team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
