**Role Summary**:As the Supply Associate, one will be responsible for ensuring to identify the client’s needs, preferences, operations, products and their budget accordingly advising the warehouses. Building strong association with the landlords and IPC’s. Maintaining and keep updating the data base of the inventory etc.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for matching the warehouse supply with client demand by bringing on board new warehouses across the country and to expand the supply funnel through various programs and referral initiatives

2. Deepening the relationship with existing Supply/Warehouse Owners, Developers, Builders etc.

3. Understanding the Customer Requirement based upon volumes, nature of goods and duration of storage demand and ramping up supply of warehouses accordingly.

4. Negotiating the price and other commercial terms with Large/Medium/Small warehouse owners and On
- boarding them in line with company policy.

5. Daily Interaction with Supply/Warehouse owners for expanding the network and to ensure smooth running of existing warehouse assets

6. Handling Escalation from Customers & Warehouse owners with regards to storage, pilferage, breakage and other issues.

7. Coordinating with sales/demand/customers and with operations team to ensure customer delight across the value chain.

8. Handling site visits and pitch to the demand and supply side to drive the requirement to the closure.
- **Professional Attributes**:

- Preferred experience in IPCs (International Property Consultancies) or Indian hospitality chain companies, direct involvement with end customers & Property owners. (mandatory)
