Supply-chain is a function which is highly sector driven and oriented in terms of opportunities and challenges. This becomes particularly challenging in the Space Sector, starting with sourcing of highly technical components for various teams across mechanical, electronics, electrical, avionics, etc, being highly technical.Component availability, lead-time, Import & Export Compliance, cost monitoring are just a few of the critical factors.Hence, to accommodate the growing needs of the SCM Function in the Company, we are looking at an individual who is interested in & has knowledge about supply-chain. The Associate is expected to be hands-on with all parts of the job and work with the cross-functional teams to ensure that the operations in the Company run smoothly.- Assist with sourcing activities for different types of components.
- Create Purchase Orders by understanding the requirements as per the Quotes and Proforma Invoice.
- Maintain and Update the Trackers and Reports with regards to various intra-functions.
- Maintain & build Supplier Networks and Relationships.
- Work closely with Finance, Engineering & Data teams.
- Be involved in customs clearance activities.
- Review & analyse customs documents and processes respectively while ensuring company policies are followed.
- Assist with new supply-chain initiatives.
- Good with Major MS Office suites, specifically at MS Excel.
- Has knowledge about or has built data visualization models.
- Knowledge of various Supply-chain processes.
- Willing to learn and be inquisitive about work.
- Smart, articulate and an ‘on the feet’ thinker.
- Solution driven, micro, macro attention in terms of details and vision.

**Additional Details**:

- Experience: Fresher or 1 year experience.
- Education: BBA/BE/BMech.
- Location: Bangalore, this is a work from office role.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred/ up to 1 month of notice period.
- Compensation: Better than industry standards.
