**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in French, tailored to the grade level (primary, middle, secondary, or adult learners).
- Teach all four core language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Incorporate activities that promote communication, vocabulary building, and grammar comprehension.
- Use innovative teaching aids, multimedia tools, and real-life scenarios to enhance learning.

**Curriculum Planning & Assessment**:

- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the institution's curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE or CEFR levels like A1-C2).
- Design and evaluate oral, written, and practical exams to assess students' proficiency.
- Monitor and report on student progress and provide individualized feedback and support.

**Cultural Integration**:

- Promote cultural awareness and appreciation through activities, discussions, and projects focused on francophone countries.
- Organize French language events, competitions, or cultural days (e.g., French Week, La Francophonie).

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
- Participate in school meetings, staff development sessions, and extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
