**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, and more, in alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Scheduling and Posting: Collaborate with the team to schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive online environment.
- Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices to provide insights for optimizing our strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and shareable content.
- Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests.
- Social Listening: Monitor social media conversations related to our brand and industry to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.) or a recent graduate.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and the EduTech industry.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- A basic understanding of content creation tools, graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
