**Job Summary**

We’re hiring **Inside Sales Executives** who are driven, articulate, and passionate about helping people grow. This is a consultative sales role involving direct interaction with prospective learners to guide them toward suitable career upskilling programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **80-100 calls daily** to engage potential learners
- Understand their career goals and suggest appropriate programs
- Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions when needed
- Achieve **weekly and monthly enrollment targets**:

- Log all interactions and leads in the CRM system accurately

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Freshers** eager to start a career in sales
- **Professionals with up to 3 years** of B2C sales experience (any industry)
- Prior EdTech or telesales experience is a plus
- Must have **excellent communication skills** in English and Hindi
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn

**Education Requirement**
- Graduation in any stream (mandatory)

- Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum
