We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Graphic Designer** with 1 year of experience and knowledge in creating Instagram Reels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually captivating graphics and video content across digital platforms, especially for social media. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging visuals that align with our brand and campaign objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create Instagram Reels that drive engagement, following current trends and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals and animations for campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Edit and enhance video content for Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain and update brand assets, including templates, icons, and design systems.
- Ensure final designs and videos are on-brand, visually appealing, and production-ready.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media practices, and reel-making techniques.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer fresh, creative ideas for digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels, with a portfolio of successful content.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design for digital and print.
- Experience in both digital design and video content creation.
- Knowledge of basic web design principles (HTML/CSS is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other short-form video platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to create motion graphics and animations for social media.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and trends.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
